Frosty Branches
I like contrast in photos.
It makes things stand out.
This is a perfect example of that.
The vivid blue sky makes
the frosty branches,
that are being hit by sunlight,
jump out out and say,
"Look at me!"

Indigo Bunting
I captured a photo of what
I believe is an indigo bunting
at Ledges State Park
during the summer of 2012.
I had never seen one,
except in photographs,
until that very day.
I was just lucky enough to get
the wonderfully-colored
little guy to sit still long enough
to snap a few photos.
